LILLY

Lilly Distelcamp (owner, master stylist, makeup artist) is the owner of the wildly successful Liquid Hair Salon and a lead stylist for Aveda at Paris Fashion Week. Born and raised in Brazil, she ventured to New York City with a dream of participating in fashion week. Lilly’s journey began at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, majoring in fashion design. She became a makeup artist for the esteemed brand, Estée Lauder, where she soon realized her love of all things beauty. She later branched out into the world of hair. Lilly is recognized as a leader, mentor, educator and forerunner in the industry.

Francisco 

Francisco Distelcamp (owner, master stylist, education director) is very Frank, no pun intended. While he loves hair, he also loves the connections he builds with his clients along the way. With each client, Francisco's goal is to leave them with a look they love and can achieve at home. "If you only look good when you leave my chair, then I have failed you," Frank says. Being a resident at New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week, Frank has the tools he needs to make sure that never happens. Francisco was practically born into the Aveda lifestyle, being the son of Lilly and William (Liquid Hair Salon’s owners). Francisco's dream is to grow the business his parents built a very long time ago and to build it with the Aveda name right by its side.

MELISSA

Melissa Castimore (master stylist, extensions specialist) is a momma of two, coffee enthusiast, dog lover, perfectionist. Melissa has been in the hair industry since completing her training at the Aveda Institute in 2008. She is an Aveda-certified master stylist, and a strong believer in continuing her education. She has a passion for sharing her knowledge with others and hopes to inspire other stylists to never stop learning. Her artistic vision paired with an impeccable attention to detail allows her to create beautiful colors and styles, making her guests feel beautiful.

TIFFANY

Tiffany Ovadia (master stylist) has a passion for the art of hair design. Tiffany brought 18 years of experience to Liquid, was an educator for Farouk systems for nine years, and really enjoyed doing stage work for hair shows. She truly enjoys educating her fellow coworkers and clients and is ecstatic to now finally be a part of an Aveda family. She feels education is pivotal to growing, learning, and becoming the best stylist you can be. The smile she sees on her client's face at the end of the service is what really makes her love being a hairdresser. To her, this is not just a job, it’s who she is. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid fitness junkie.

ALYSSA

Jessica

Jessica Gilbert (master stylist) has a passion for all things beauty, which is what guided her into the industry in 2010. Liquid Hair Salon has brought her growth, success, friendships, and opportunities to work alongside amazing artists. Liquid has also introduced Jessica to all of the concepts of the “Aveda way,” which has given her the tools for not only behind the chair, but behind the scenes at Paris and New York Fashion Week. Being inspired by not only the beauty of people, but the world around her, Jessica has found it easy to call Aveda a lifestyle. Not only does she love her craft, she is also determined to impact the lives of others. Jessica's precise attention to detail keeps her creativity flowing and a smile on her face. Hopefully yours, too!

Sarabeth

Sarabeth (senior stylist, makeup artist) started at Liquid as an assistant, was elevated to an apprentice, and is now a stylist. She has fallen completely in love with hair, specifically coloring/balayaging. Sarabeth dove into the beauty scene at the young age of 5 years old. She was known as “the little girl who could put lipstick on perfectly before being able to write her own name." Bringing people joy through the art of hairstyling and makeup has always been the biggest reward for Sarabeth. She is so excited to share her passion and is eager for her bright future here at her home, Liquid Hair Salon. 

BRITTNEE

Brittnee (senior stylist) graduated from cosmetology school in 2009. Her love for hair started at a young age when she was an all-star cheerleader, who always did her hair and make-up in preparation for competitions. Her fun, bubbly personality is contagious. Her positivity and passion for education is key in order to grow, learn, and become the best stylist she can be. Brittnee believes the most rewarding part of her career is to see the smile and confidence at the end of every service. She is excited for her future to grow and succeed with Liquid Hair Salon.

tiffanyKIM

TiffanyKim (stylist) has been doing hair since High School. She knew the beauty and bridal world was her passion. From assistant to apprentice to now stylist, TiffanyKim has worked from the ground up to perfect her craft. Along the way, she found her salon home at Liquid. Outside of work she lives anything boujee! She loves nice bags & nice clothes. TiffanyKim says, "If you're that girl, let's be boujee together!!"

Joseph

Joseph Abrantes (stylist), licensed since 2016, started at Liquid as an assistant and now loving every minute doing coloring, highlights and balayage. He has a personality that makes you want to come back, and is warm and comical at the same time. Joey loves and continues to take education classes to stay up to date with new techniques and trends. Joey feels like he has found his home here at Liquid and wants to make them proud.

Jaileen

Jaileen Perez (stylist) is a passionate stylist with a deep appreciation for the artistry and allure of beauty. “Crafting with my hands is not just a skill, but a cherished joy. Family holds a special place in my heart, and it's the sense of family at Liquid Hair Salon that resonates with me. While officially part of the hair industry since 2020, my journey with beauty began long ago, shaping my identity. As the industry continually transforms, so do I. I am dedicated to honing my craft, aiming to delight each person who sits in my chair with a radiant smile.”

Nayeli

Nayeli Lopez (stylist) has the enthusiasm for all things hair - with no bounds. Beginning her journey at Liquid as an assistant, Nayeli has since ascended to the role of stylist through dedication and hard work. With a particular passion for vivids and intricate hair styling, for Nayeli, being a stylist transcends mere hairdressing. It's about igniting a renewed self-love within each client, one hairstyle at a time.
